Participants are prepared for the Cambridge BEC Examinations. The certification guarantees that the participants have completed an internationally accredited training course which is highly rated in the market place. Special attention is paid to the four skill areas such as speaking, listening comprehension, reading comprehension and writing.
BEC Preliminary (Level B1 of the European Council/Lower Intermediate to Intermediate Level)
Participants at this level can:
understand the main content of texts relating to professional and personal topics
participate in discussions/conversations and topics without previous preparation
exchange in and justify opinions and plans
write coherent and simple texts
BEC Vantage (Level B2 – C1/Upper Intermediate)
Participants at this level can:
understand a broad spectrum of challenging, lengthy texts and can summarise their meaning
express themselves spontaneously and fluently without obvious signs of lacking vocabulary or use of false friends
express themselves clearly and well structured in spoken and written form
BEC Higher (Level C1 – C2)
Participants at this level can:
understand almost everything they read or hear without difficulty
summarise information from various written and verbal sources at the same time present an outline of the content
clarify finer details via exact expression in more complex language situations
occasional use of idiomatic and colloquial expressions
