Goals, like New Year's resolutions, are a means to an end, and not the ultimate purpose of our lives. They are simply a tool to help get us moving in a direction and to stay focussed. Solely achieving goals doesn't bring us long term happiness; it is who we become, as we creatively overcome the obstacles necessary to achieve our goals, that give us the deepest and most lasting sense of fulfilment and success.
This is the start of a New Year. Today is new. Every minute is new.
This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Who are you now? Forget the past. Don't think about whom you haven't been or what you haven't done. Who are you now? What can you do now? Is it your choice to be average, great - or with a bit of extra effort - excellent?
The reality is you can accomplish anything you want, if you: 1) decide what it is that you're absolutely committed to achieving, 2) take immediate action 3) are aware of what works and what doesn’t, and 4) continue to change your approach until you get what you want! Our commitment (and perseverance) is constantly being tested, and life's greatest rewards go to those who optimistically and consistently demonstrate a commitment to personal development. This is the path to personal excellence!

In Wirklichkeit können Sie alles erreichen, wenn Sie: 1) entscheiden, wozu Sie sich absolut verpflichten, was Sie erreichen wollen, 2) sofort handeln, 3) sich bewusst sind was funktioniert und was nicht und 4) immer wieder den Ansatz ändern, bis Sie das bekommen, was Sie wollen! Unsere Verpflichtung (und Durchhaltevermögen) wird immer wieder getestet und des Lebens größte Belohnungen bekommen die, die optimistisch und beständig eine Verpflichtung zu persönlicher Entwicklung demonstrieren. Das ist der Weg zu persönlicher Excellence! Unsere Verpflichtung zur Excellence 2012, für Sie ist ständig und nachhaltig C.A.R.E! - unser Acronym für a) Verpflichtung b) Einstellung c) basierend auf Beziehungen und d) Beweise - um, durch verbesserte Kommunikation, nach einer besseren Welt zu streben (und Teil davon zu sein)!
